•    Highlighting the Duplicates

1.    Firstly, you have to choose the cells range.

2.    Click on the Control and A keys together to choose each cell given in the table.

3.    Click on the Home option.

4.    Go to the Conditional Formatting.

5.    Below the Conditional Formatting option, click on the Highlight Cell Rules option.

6.    Choose the Cell Color for the Sort on option.

7.    Select the color located in the Order option.

8.    Choose the On Top option.

9.    It is located in the pull-down menu.

10.    Click on the OK button.

•    Highlighting the First 10

1.    Click on the Home option.

2.    Press on the Conditional Formatting option.

3.    Click on the Top or Bottom Rules.

4.    Choose the Top 10 Items option.

5.    Now, you will get a new window.

6.    You need to change the number of options as per your wish.

7.    Choose the fill color.

8.    Press on the OK button.

•    Showing Variances with Data Bars

1.    Click on the Home button.

2.    Go to the Conditional Formatting option.

3.    Click on the Data Bars option.

4.    Choose the preferred color.

5.    After that, select the style.

•    Highlighting Positive, Negative, Neutral Values with Icons

1.    Choose the row or range which you wish to format in Excel.

2.    Click on the Home button.

3.    Go to the Conditional Formatting option.

4.    Click on the Icon Sets option.

5.    Select the icon style which you wish to use.

6.    In case you wish to change it, then click on the Manage Rules option.

7.    It is given below the Conditional Formatting option.

8.    Select the Icon Set rule.

9.    After that, press on the Edit Rule option.

10.    Change the rules as per your wish.

•    Showing Variances with Different Color Scales

1.    Choose the range.

2.    Search for the Color Scales option.

3.    It is located in the Conditional Formatting option.

4.    Select the color scale.
