Steps to Sync Your Google Calendar with Outlook
• Click on your default web browser.
• Sign in to the Google Calendar.
• Choose the My Calendar option.
• This option is located in the left corner of the screen.
• Enlarge the menu list.
• Choose the three dot symbol.
• It is located to the right-hand side of the calendar which you wish to sync.
• Choose the Settings and Sharing option.
• Change the calendar into the public.
• You need to do this setting by going below the Access permission option.
• The syncing process is compulsory.
• Choose the Public address located in the iCal format.

• Start copying the URL.
• Go to the Outlook.

• You will get two options on the screen.
• The first one is the HTML one.
• The second one is the ICS link.
• Sign in to the Google Calendar by using the default browser.

• Choose the URL.
• Start pasting the copied URL.
• Choose the Add calendar option.
This procedure is almost the same for your Google account, but it is a little different for your Outlook account:
• Choose the Gear symbol.
• This symbol is located on the dashboard of the Microsoft Office.

• Choose the Share option.
• Type the email ID registered with Gmail by going to the “Share with” section.
• Choose the Send option.
• Go to the mail.
• Start copying the URL named as ‘reachcalender.ics.’
• Sign in to the Google Calendar by using the default browser.
• Choose the My Calendars option.
• This option is located on the left-hand side of the screen.
• Choose the plus symbol.
• This symbol is given near the Add a friend calendar option.
• Click on the URL.
• Start pasting the URL where it starts indicating “URL of the calendar.”
• Choose the Add calendar option.
